Greg Shipman was born and raised in Turlock, California, where he developed a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others. In 2000, he married his wife, Sara Shipman, and they initially settled in Waterford, where they lived for six years before making their home in Oakdale.

Prior to becoming a Realtor ®️, Greg spent many years working at a Ford dealership in Ceres. His extensive experience in customer service and sales laid the groundwork for his future career in real estate. In 2021, he made a pivotal decision to join his wife in the real estate field, inspired by her success as a top producer and manager.

Although Greg officially entered the real estate market in 2022, he feels as though he has been part of the industry for nearly two decades, thanks to Sara’s influence and expertise. In his first year, he successfully sold seven homes, demonstrating his dedication and commitment to his clients.
